Ralph Griswold’s Oral History of the SNOBOL Languages

Courtesy of the YAHOO SNOBOL4 mailing list, I have just heard of a history of the SNOBOL programming languages  by Ralph Griswold, in the form of a transcription of an interview with Ralph in 1972. It is a PDF file:

I read through this and it is interesting. But there are also a number of misspellings, mostly of people’s names, and not all of which are obvious, which are probably due to it being transcribed by someone who didn’t know the people. That said, it is remarkably coherent for a dictated text. Would it make sense to produce a corrected version? I’d be willing to make a first pass at that if it seems of value.
